to a toddler bed. I am so not ready for this!! I was really hoping to keep Mia in her crib until she was 3 (for my own sanity), but apparently she had other plans. I'm so not ready to deal with her climbing out of her bed whenever she's ready to get up yet. Usually she'll wake up and talk for quite a while before I get her up, which is really nice because it gives me time to shower before I get her. I guess those days are over. Ughh!! Yesterday I put her down for a nap and Lyla was sleeping as well, so I decided to get the dishes done. As I was standing at the sink I heard a door open and out she came with a huge grin on her face. She was VERY proud of herself. So, here she is showing me her new trick.

Oh MY! She's good. Don't let Conner know. I am dreading the day we have to move him to a toddler bed. So far we have been lucky that he hasn't figured out how to climb out yet.
I cant even bear to watch that video..it could easily be Courlyn!! AHHH! I will say that we did not rush to buy RJ a toddler bed when he started climbing, only because he knew how to do it without hurting himself, and at least the crib still felt like a bit of a barrier:) Once they get into the real bed, it takes some good discipline to keep them there. I am seriously dreading moving Courtlyn, its the only time I know she is not climbing on something! Good luck with that one:)
